The Great Pyramid of Giza is very famous and respected. It was an extremely important accomplishment of the ancient Egyptians, partly because it was extremely hard to build. It took twenty years to complete. The Egyptians had very limited resources to use when they were building it. Also, they didn’t yet have the advantage of using the wheel. This great pyramid is so huge, that it can even be seen from outer space! It’s not surprising that the Great Pyramid of Giza is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
